Refunds & Return Policy

Glow County and its subsidiaries do not offer refunds or accept returns and/or exchanges except for goods/products damaged at the point of delivery and lost/misplaced items. We require that you thoroughly check your package at the point of receipt to ensure that the items received are accurate. In the event of an incomplete package or damaged item, kindly contact us via email, WhatsApp, or telephone within 24 hours of receipt. We may be unable to attend to claims after a 24-hour window. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, you will be notified immediately, and we will proffer options to rectify the issue. If you opt for a refund, it will be processed within 3 working days.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be initiated within 12 hours. Funds will be processed within 5 working days however third-party fees will not be refunded.
